A highly personable, teaching professional with over 10 years of experience working with golfers of all ages and skill levels. Cole leads Hermitage’s Jr. Golf Programs and is one of the instructors of the player development team at Hermitage Golf Course. With a passion for helping others reach their desired goals, Cole has designed a specific curriculum to assist players in identifying challenges and opportunities within their golf swing.
Cole’s teaching philosophy includes linking each individual’s mind and body to achieve added consistency from round to round. Golf lessons with Cole provide a template for the basic fundamentals, practice habits, and proper routines for long-term development. This progression helps players gain more comfort and confidence in all aspects of the game. Golfers are different in their experience and priorities, but ALL players strive for added stability and lower scores.

PGA Junior League Registration
Registration fee includes premier instruction at the Hermitage Golf Course, PGA gifts, Home and Away Jerseys, sport tech shirt, hat, rounds of golf, as well as lifelong friendships.
Registration for the 2027 Spring Herm Squad season will become available February 1st, 2027, and will stay available until the roster limit is met.
What is PGA Junior League?
At its core, PGA Jr. League is a group of local golf teams that play a series of games against each other, utilizing a nurturing and social scramble format. The program is available to boys and girls of all skill levels. Hermitage Golf Professionals exclusively serve as Captains and are responsible for creating a welcoming environment for all that encourages skill and character development. The PGA Junior League at the Hermitage is designed to help the beginning golfer looking to enjoy fun with friends, as well as the ability to enjoy the only game they will be able to play their whole life.


What is the upcoming PGA Junior League schedule?
The 2026 PGA Junior League will have a spring league and a fall league with separate sign-ups for each. Instruction includes practices as well as team matches. Practices run for an hour and a half and will be on scheduled Monday or Wednesday afternoons depending on age. These practices are designed to help junior golfers of all skill levels gain added confidence and comfort to further their involvement in the game of golf.
Matches will include the popular scramble format to help encourage teamwork as well as problem-solving. Its nurturing nature creates a fun environment where the negative impact of performance errors is minimized, and enjoyment for the game of golf continues to grow. On the afternoons of matches, players will be fed a meal following play, in celebration of sportsmanship and participation.
